In November 2024, the 35-year-old YouTuber, who has 17 million subscribers on his channel, pleaded guilty to assaulting a police officer. The incident occurred after he was approached by officers while walking along the side of the road.
At first, he stated he had “drunk too much.” Patrick sat in the police vehicle while waiting for his phone to charge. Meanwhile, officers searched his belongings and found “marijuana and a bunch of Fireball.”
During questioning, Patrick told the officers they would have to “speak to his lawyer,” claiming he was “too drunk” to respond properly. He also said he didn’t smoke.
At that point, the officers attempted to handcuff him, which led to an attempted escape. He was quickly detained, with the officers noting that he was “resisting violently.”
The YouTuber was charged with violent resistance and possession of less than 20 grams of marijuana. After accepting a plea deal, he was sentenced to 12 months of probation and 100 hours of community service.

Patrick was also required to undergo a mandatory substance abuse assessment and follow-up treatment, as well as donate $1,000 to the Police Memorial Foundation and write a letter of apology to the officer he assaulted.
However, Patrick was arrested again in February of this year for violating his probation after a urine sample tested positive for drug use.
Now, a new arrest warrant has been issued after another drug test showed positive results for alcohol and marijuana. Meanwhile, bodycam footage of the officer he assaulted has been released to the public.
